I recently retired after 54 years in the housing industry and was pleasantly bored searching for new adventures. I have known and worked with Rick for nearly 30 years and have watched him grow from his introduction to Arizona Manufactured Housing to becoming one of its most known and respected leaders. One of my greatest rewards after joining Rick's team, besides all the fun, is seeing the joy and excitement in the face of the customer and of our team members when we hand the customer keys to their new home.
